FurCraft - Rules
Rules & Laws
This is a very free and not complicated world. Use basic common sense to get along with other players and enjoy the game. Rules and Laws will be added as we go when it becomes necessary.
- Building
You can build anywhere you want, but please have respect for other builds. Keep rule 1.4 in mind even if you find an area that seems clear.
If you want to build less than 2 chunks close to someone you must as this someone for permission. If you dont know who's someone's build is, you can ask in the telegram group or an operator.
If you plan to build a couple of chunks next to someone and there is no one nearby for at least 10 chunks, please ask the player first as they might have big plans. If you do build without asking rule 1.4 applies.
An operator has the right to move your build to a new location with help of WorldEdit. This will hopefully never be necessary but FurCraft still reserves this right as a tool for unexpected problems. An operator may also regnerate pieces of land you have destroyed as this does not necessarily count as a build.
- Harassment & Bullying
This is not acceptable. If everyone is in on it including the "victim" then it's not harassments or bullying. FurCraft do not want to interfere or dictate how friends communicate or play.
Players do not need to get along, but it is expected that players take action to avoid conflict that can ruin the gameplay
- Griefing & Stealing
Griefing or destroying others builds without permission is not allowed. Griefing and destroying large pieces of land for no good reason is also not welcome. But do not hesitate to take the resources you need or want.
Stealing is not allowed. Make sure you have the players permission before taking or borrowing items and recourses. Misunderstandings can happen and we will never kick or ban someone being honest and coming forward to either the victim or an operator.
- Animal Keeping, Farming and Redstone
Animal Keeping. Please be gentle with the server, it has a lot of players and animal farming have proven to be a problem if you have to many animals in too small space. You can have a big farm with thousands of animals if you like, but then you would have to spread it over a big enough area that they are not all loaded at the same time when nearby. This for the server, other players, your wellbeing. Oh, and the animals not that they seem to care...
Farming and Redstone. If you go for automatic plant farms, please limit the amount of redstone you put in one area and often loaded chunks if you are close to a city. There is exceptions for the first settlers in the cities, they have the first right and is the last that would have to change or relocate redstone machines if an area becomes to laggy.
- Coming if necessary
Will it be?
